Cyra Nargolwalla started her career at Plasseraud IP in 1994 and became Partner in 2004. She is specialised in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals (vaccines, hormonal therapy, cancer treatment), but also in the sectors of textiles and paper and the food industry. She regularly represents her clients in oral proceedings before the EPO in opposition and appeal. Cyra also handles litigation matters in France and in other countries.
She speaks at conferences on biotech/pharmacy patent matters as well as on litigation-related topics. Cyra is an active member of numerous IP associations including AIPPI (Secretary of French Group), CNCPI, IPO.
