Claudiu Feraru

He has 19+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Law as attorney at law, certified European trademark and design attorney, patent attorney, as well as member of CNCPIR, INTA, ECTA, LESI and ILI(Impact Licensing Initiative). He is dedicated to continuous learning, which is why all along his career he attended several courses on IP, Commercial law, opposition and Appeal Proceedings before the European Patent Office, Advanced Patent Courses (Strasbourg), Arbitration and Meditation at WIPO (Geneva) etc. Also, he is actively involved in different partnerships with universities and NGOs from Romania, guiding students, teachers and managers regarding various IP matters.
