Aylin Ozgur is a Turkish patent and trademark attorney who acts for international clients in all areas of obtaining and enforcing intellectual property rights. She has in-depth technical knowledge in the fields of patent, trademark, industrial design, and plant breeders’ rights and also develops internal prosecution systems and internal registration procedures.
In her career, she has held numerous positions and managed internal IP development projects, acquiring a strong technical and business background. She began her IP career as an industrial design expert with responsibility for industrial design protection and enforcement and managed several maintenance projects. She continued her career as a business development project manager in purchasing and sales, where she was responsible for organizing relationships with foreign vendors, clients, and international patent offices.
She is the main initiator of various benchmarking and invoice management projects She also worked in all IP departments on a rotating basis as a system and process developer to minimize technical, procedural, and human errors in file tracking.
She is a member of INTA, ECTA, MARQUES, and AIPPI.
