Arjan Reijns

Arjan is a specialist in life science matters, with a proven track record in handling both high stakes pharmaceutical patent cases and cases dealing with regulatory matters, often with significant pan-European implications, before national courts and the UPC. Arjan had supported and enabled the launch of a broad range of pharmaceuticals and assisted clients in regulatory matters on data- and market exclusivity, bio-equivalence, parallel import, maximum prices and more.

In addition, Arjan's practice includes clients across various sectors of industry, including med-tech, automotive and other manufacturing technologies involving (mechanical) engineering. He has ample experience in (IP) rights enforcement and provides guidance in collaboration and monetisation efforts including licensing and joint IP development.
