Andreea Stanescu

Andreea is specialized in prosecution and appeal procedures related to Romanian and European trademarks and, respectively Romanian designs and Community Designs. She is very active in Customs procedures for the protection of the IP rights and is authorized to represent before Romanian Courts for litigations related to patents, trademarks, designs. Andreea was recently accepted on the list of representatives before the Unified Patent Court.
