Alexander Gantzler Døssing primarily works with strategic advice on and enforcement of trademarks and design rights.
Alexander advises Danish and foreign companies on trademark and design protection, investigations and analyses, infringement assessments, negotiations and agreements, counterfeits, online infringements, marketing and competition law, IP-strategy as well as general enforcement of IP-rights.
He has several years of experience as an IP advisor and specializes in protecting and enforcing companies' brand, design, and technology both in and out of court.
Alexander is strongly focused on the commercial aspects of his advice and works solution-oriented towards the best possible result.
Throughout his career, Alexander has assisted several of Denmark’s leading textile companies in international trademark strategy and enforcement, including in relation to online rights enforcement and customs monitoring.
In addition, Alexander has represented several of his clients regarding disputes about domain names at the Complaints Board for Domain Names.
Alexander is part of several Danish and international networks, e.g., the European trademark organization ECTA's design committee, which focuses on professional and political development of the design rights area, as a branch organization for European advisers and rights holders.
