Over 20 years experience in advising clients on all aspects of copyright, industrial property, unfair competition, personal data protection, Internet domains, press law and protection of personal rights. Agnieszka also has extensive experience in legal advisory services concerning sensitive product marketing and gambling.
She assists clients in all sorts of IP and NewTech-related matters, including litigation, transactions and arbitration. She is known as a vigorous speaker and excellent negotiator of complex transactions involving IT and IP portfolios. She advised Wolters Kluwer in a class action against chomikuj.pl, and Sensor Clinic in a defamation action against the Polish Public TV Channel TVP1 and an editor of the Wprost weekly.
She has been always involved in the legislative works in IP law in Poland. Recently, Agnieszka participated in the legislative works regarding the creation of IP courts in Poland as well as in recent changes into the Industrial Property Law.
Agnieszka keeps up-to-date on recent changes in Polish IP practice related to the creation of specialist IP courts in Poland.
