Aaron Silverstein, a co-founder of Saunders & Silverstein LLP, and its Managing Partner, brings over two decades of expertise in handling complex trademark and copyright matters. Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York, he is also admitted to several federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Aaron regularly represents clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also represents clients in federal court in connection with trademark and copyright infringement actions. Aaron additionally works with a far-reaching network of local counsel to protect his clients’ intellectual property rights around the world.

His diverse client base ranges from Fortune 500 companies to SMBs, and it includes well-known apparel companies, wineries, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, software developers, health and beauty companies, and specialty food companies.

Aaron earned his J.D. and Master of Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center, now known as the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
