For Patents, our unique team includes attorneys, scientists and engineers. Attention to detail prior to submission is of primary importance, with team members understanding that success depends on detailed analysis of the how and why of word choices. DS&B is Thailand's leading firm for patent applications filed by foreign parties. Currently in Thailand, copyright protection occurs automatically as work is created, so DS&B advises on how owners manage diverse aspects of their work and commercialization.

Litigation

The firm's Litigation team is well-known for pioneering precedent-setting lawsuits. Services include: negotiations, mediations, lawsuits and arbitrations. Enforcement

Effective enforcement actions are critical for IP protection, and DS&B arranges police raids against manufacturers, distributors and retailers of counterfeit goods, as well as managing criminal and / or civil court cases.
