TCBM combines the experience of one of the most renowned intellectual property consultancy firms in Italy, Bianchetti & Minoja, founded in 1976 by Prof. Giuseppe Bianchetti, with the expertise of Trevisan & Cuonzo IPS , in order to offer Italian and international clients specialist advice across all fields of industrial and intellectual property.
TCBM assists Italian and foreign SMEs and multinational corporations, as well as research institutes and universities.
IP agency Bugnion SpA has one of the busiest IP filing and prosecution practices in Italy. The firm expanded in 2022 thanks to the acquisition of IP firm Cuccia & Simino. Ezio Bianciardi and Paolo Bellomia are among the key European patent attorneys in the firm.
