• one of the first private IP engineer consultant firms, with the foundation of Bureau CASALONGA in Paris in 1867.
• one of the first French firms to expand internationally, with the establishment of:
  • the Munich office in 1978, as a European & German patent attorneys office
  • the Alicante office in 1996, handling of EU trademarks
