Răzvan Dincă is a professor of intellectual property and civil law with the University of Bucharest and was a visiting professor with the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, the Worldwide Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization and the University of Dubrovnik. He was a EU senior expert in intellectual property, head tutor of the biotechnology and intellectual property advanced course of the Worldwide Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization, tutor in intellectual property of the National Institute of Magistrates, as well as exclusive contributor for Romania to the European Copyright Reporter edited by Kluwer Law International. At present, Răzvan is the head reviewer of the biotechnology and intellectual property advanced course of the Worldwide Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization He also coordinates the intellectual property section of the Romanian Private Law Review.
