Cementing our prominence in the IP legal market, our IP team is ranked highly throughout various legal and IP focused directories. In recent years we have won a number of major industry awards, including, UK Trade Mark Prosecution Team of the Year (MIP EMEA Awards 2024), UK Trade Mark Disputes Team of the Year (MIP EMEA Awards 2022) and Cross-Border Patents Litigation Team of the Year (MIP EMEA Awards 2021). We have also won a number of 'Impact Cases of the Year' at the Managing Intellectual Property Awards, including for, Trade Marks (Sky v SkyKick, Iceland Foods, Health & Happiness), Copyright (novel website blocking injunction for Nintendo), and Patents (Zentiva/Dr Reddy's Laboratories (fingolimod) and Lupin (Truvada)).

Our clients operate from a wide-range of sectors, from Retail and Technology to Life Sciences. On 1 January 2023, Mishcon de Reya and Taylor Vinters merged, delivering on both firms' strategies to support the innovation economy. The merger accelerates our growing share of the technology, media and life sciences legal and consultancy services market in the UK and in key international innovation hubs generally.

We set our EDI strategy on a three-year basis and are currently at the point of reviewing our previous strategy and identifying our goals for the next three years. As part of this review, we will update how we communicate our strategy both internally and externally, through our EDI targets, biannual progress reports and online communication platforms.
