In 2020, the firm represented a local tobacco company in connection with the seizure of several containers of counterfeit cigarettes and coordinated corresponding inspections and seizure actions in Malaysia and Thailand, involving a total of well over 20 containers of counterfeit cigarettes. A pending High Court action has been filed in Singapore.
The firm has also been engaged by institutional clients in rendering advice on patent infringement and revocation actions and is active in litigation in trademark opposition and revocation proceedings before the IP Office of Singapore.

Francine has been a domain name panelist of WIPO, NAF (National Arbitration Forum) and the ADNDRC (Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre) for many years.
