China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. was incorporated in 1984, accompanying the launch of the Chinese Patent Law. It is one of the first three pioneer IP firms in China. Our strength in IP practice lies in the powerful teamwork of our professionals, who have extensive practical experience, solid technical and academic backgrounds, IP knowledge and industrial experience, and proficiency in various working languages. As a leading IP firm in China, we currently have 560 staff, including 230 patent attorneys, 34 trademark attorneys and 85 attorneys-at-law. All of our IP practitioners are graduates from eminent Chinese or overseas universities and holders of academic degrees in science, engineering, law or language, and most of them have reinforced their expertise through in-service training or overseas internship.
