We are BC&B, an international law firm specialized on legal and business consultancy. With more than 50 years of experience and going through a series of transformations, both technological and organizational, we unified the way in which we offer our services, thus positioning ourselves as the first “Law & Business” firm in Mexico.

By upholding ourselves as specialized leaders on Intellectual Property, we have been looking to increase our solutions range in a novel way by developing our abilities and infrastructure, aiming to satisfy our client’s needs thanks to the development of unique services which result from our specialists’ abilities, knowledge, talent and vision on different legal and business areas.

Our Technology Transfer office is the result of the knowledge and abilities synergy, focused on supporting entrepreneurs, business men, and emergent and well stablished companies in creating and implementing business strategies that create economic benefits through their intangible resources, by providing them with the necessary tools to innovate and protect their Intellectual Property rights by means of our philosophy of integrally taking care of their technological creations and developments.

As a result of the continuous quest to strengthen our solutions and scope, as of 2019 we are part of Velae Legal Group, an Ibero-American legal firm of multinational firms with representation in many countries, committed to our clients in offering diverse services and solutions with the highest quality standards and professionalism.
