Bear & Wolf Advokatanpartsselskab is an Intellectual Property law firm, specialising in trade mark, copyright and design law. We fiercely protect the ideas and reputations of significant cultural figures, businesses and brands - from emerging creative talent to established global icons.
The firm is known and recognised for its ability to assist clients in complex matters and for its specialist work before the EUIPO Boards of Appeal and the General Court.
Bear & Wolf Advokatanpartsselskab went live on 1 January 2021 as part of Bear & Wolf’s international expansion plans. It has, since its launch, continued to grow across all aspects of trade mark (and indeed wider soft IP) practice for Bear & Wolf’s high-profile EU clients, which now, following the hire of High Court litigator Thomas Kruse, also includes high-profile Danish High Court litigation.
International presence and alliances
Besides our offices in Denmark, Bear & Wolf’s office in the UK continues as the headquarters for our business globally. We have nurtured over the last 20 years a very close working relationship with like-minded IP firms all over the world and we regularly work with them on complex IP matters for our clients (including in relation to international IP litigation).
We are also unique amongst our competitors in having established a Bear & Wolf China Desk. Our seasoned paralegal Jin Li, with long experience as an associate in Chinese law firms, is a native Chinese speaker with a wide network of Chinese firms. This enables our UK and EU client base to properly and cost-effectively protect their brands in the often difficult-to-navigate Chinese market; as well as Chinese (and other East Asian) clients to obtain cutting edge advice from Bear & Wolf UK or Denmark, or our expansive network of local firms around the world.
