Schwarz & Partner Patentanwälte was founded in 1992 and has been steadily growing over since. In addition to the firm’s experience in patent prosecution covering all technical fields, all the firm’s partners are heavily involved in patent litigation matters both as counsel, retained court expert, or, in the case of Messrs. Margotti and Nemec, also as lay judges of the patent benches of the Commercial Court of Vienna and the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, as well as the Supreme Court.
