Testimonial

2023

"We choose Linklaters because the team led by Pauline Debré is the best one for complex and broad IP topics. Their approach is both deep and multiple, which is necessary for complex situations. They take care about the customer budget and proposed several options responding to our request. We trust Linklaters to perform the right analysis and actions. Their approach is broad and not focused on the offensive approach (patent war), which corresponds to the complexity of the situation and to our approach (end game & budget). There is a very good relationship with our partners and counsels for team work, which is not the case for some lawyers' offices. On occasion there were several contacts with a famous US lawyer’s offices to complete and confirm their opinion. Linklaters always remains receptive to the customer’s needs and requests and they are able to adapt the work plan quickly to suit our priorities."

Patent

European patent attorney and lawyer Gaëlle Bourout joined the firm in 2020.
