Linklaters

Linklaters is a full-service international law firm with a French IP practice that is recommended for patent disputes. The firm also handles contentious trade mark matters, and transactional matters such as due diligence and contractual agreements. The team has access to the firm’s global IP team which is spread across the Asia-Pacific region, the US, and Europe. 

Pauline Debré heads the IP and TMT practice in the Paris office. Debré is supported by managing associate Jean-François Merdrignac and associate Simon Corbineau-Picci.
