Trademark prosecution clients of the firm include Canon Medical Systems, Caterpillar, Fujifilm, IBM, Petco, Six Continents Hotels, Toshiba and Toyota. Trademark partner Anna Naydonov left the firm in January 2022. Margaret Esquenet left the firm in 2023 for an in-house role.
