Team experience and size
The practice comprises 23 partners and 11 non-partners dedicated ≥ 90% to patents. The group mixes career-long litigators and prosecution strategists with deep technical specialists (chemistry, biochemistry, physics, EE, ME). All patent attorneys are UPC Representatives and frequent lead trial counsel before the EPO Boards of Appeal, UPC and German courts.
International presence and alliances
We operate from Düsseldorf (HQ) and Munich, coordinating cross-border disputes and UPC work with a trusted circle of trial firms and global counsel networks built over decades of pan-EU/US campaigns.
