Advance China IP Law Office (ACIP), founded in 1999, is now one of the largest full-service IP law firms in China, with over 900 IP professionals, including 417 patent attorneys and patent engineers, 137 trademark attorneys, 45 litigators, an investigation team, and hundreds of supporting staff. With cooperation among our Beijing and other offices, we were able to efficiently collect evidence despite absence of discovery and ensure quick actions across China.

We have launched our new office in Wuhan in October 2020 after the COVID-19 outbreak, to seek opportunities to work with local innovators and to support the city’s economic recovery. The Wuhan office now has 60 employees and plans to hire 100+ staff in total.
