Addleshaw Goddard is recognised in the UK market for transactional and soft IP work, with three partners ranked in both areas. Its IP practice is led by Emma Armitage. Co-head of IP Georgina Powling is one of the recommended IP transactional lawyers in the UK. Armitage and Powling are supported by other IP/commercial law partners, including James Whittaker, and a team of associates.
