Yvonne Yeboah is an Associate with Integrated Legal Consultants, Accra Ghana.
She is a graduate of the University of Nottingham (LLD) and the University of Law; Birmingham (LLM LPC) and is called to the Ghana Bar.
She is a member of the practice’s Intellectual Property (IP) and Litigation Departments and handles contentious IP matters including IP-related Litigation, Oppositions, and refusal/rejection matters. She also advises clients on how to protect and enforce their IP rights in Ghana.
Some of these clients include Fortune 500 companies and other bourgeoning start-up Tech and Fintech companies who seek to protect their Intellectual Property rights, in Ghana.
Yvonne has had the opportunity to study Intellectual Property at an international level and is therefore able to provide a broad range of advice to the international clients her firm advises.
Her work as a lawyer has also seen her drafting and reviewing legal processes, legal opinions, and filing legal processes in court. She also proffers advice to clients on various areas of the law, not limiting herself to Intellectual Property rights and litigation.
A native English speaker, she is also fluent in Dutch and speaks French at an Intermediary level; skills which often come in handy when dealing with French and Dutch-speaking clients.
