With over 15 years' experience, Virginia has in-depth experience on contentious and non contentious intellectual property and unfair competition matters, with a strong focus on pan-European patent litigation in an extensive range of sectors including telecoms, tech, automotive and aerospace.
She regularly advises clients on their innovation-driven projects and technology transfer issues, including strategic R&D and collaboration agreements and related commercial agreements notably in the telecom, electronics and automotive industry sectors.
She has also a strong experience in "Soft IP" strategic cases, notably advising media, retail, food and beverage and transportation industries on their brand, trademark and designs matters.
