Miao Tian

Ms. Tian obtained her Master’s degree from China University of Political Science and Law, and joined the firm in 2014.

Ms. Tian is experienced in handling a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters in China, including prosecution and enforcement of IP rights, portfolio management, trademark clearance, as well as customs IP issues and domain name disputes.

Ms. Tian represents multinational companies and Fortune 500 clients before the administrative IP authorities and the Chinese courts. Ms. Tian’s IP experience extends across a number of key sectors, including industrial products, consumer products, finance, travel and hospitality, computer and software products, telecommunications, and other sectors.
