Mathilde Rauline

Mathilde Rauline is a European/French patent attorney who is also admitted to the Paris bar. She is the Head of Greater Europe Patent Litigation at Sanofi. Mathilde previously worked as a patent litigator in private practice, mostly in the pharmaceutical field, and as an in-house patent attorney at Sanofi and Nestlé. She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences patent litigation in France and across Europe, including the EPO and Eurasia. Her expertise comprises contractual matters, dispute settlement and regulatory matters such as SPCs. Mathilde regularly speaks about patents at conferences, and she is involved in the training of future European patent attorneys.
