David Würgler is director and head of our trademark department. He has over 25 years of experience in protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He is a trained lawyer and has an international background and has worked in the USA and Switzerland, among other places.
David's global experience is particularly strong in the media, telecom and entertainment industries, focusing on IP enforcement, anti-piracy, litigation, IPR management, internet and security technology, regulatory issues, legal advice, business development and brand protection.
Metaverse is also one of David's areas of expertise. In a world where online representation and identification is becoming more and more pronounced, it is important to consider how to protect the value of your brand in the Metaverse.
