With over 15 years of experience in intellectual property (IP) law, Daleep is recognized for his strategic acumen in IP management and legal advisory. He holds extensive expertise in brand clearance, risk assessment, trademark protection, opposition proceedings, cancellation actions, and enforcement strategies. His practice also covers copyright law, IP commercial contracts, domain name and company name disputes, compliance with e-commerce regulations, advertising clearance under the ASCI Code, and guidance on data privacy and protection laws. He represents clients across judicial forums, including the Trademarks Registry and other appellate bodies. He is ranked among the top IP practitioners by WIPR for both 2023 and 2024.
