Ciarán Markey

Ciarán is one of the founding partners of our first international office in Dublin. He is a dispute resolution expert, specialising in contentious technology and IP matters and in competition / antitrust disputes. He is ranked in Chambers Global for Dispute Resolution and Legal 500 recognise him as a key lawyer across Dispute Resolution, IP and EU/Competition.
 
Ciarán has acted for a diverse range of clients with a TMT sector focus, including multi-national tech companies, global brands, founders and investors. Ciarán regularly advises clients in complex high-value disputes before the Commercial Court. He has brought several complex disputes involving private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) investors to successful resolution.
