Their IP personnel formalise commercial agreements through to litigation in national courts and international arbitration. Sectors covered include venture capital, life sciences, healthcare and retail. Synch serves established companies and SMEs dutifully from the Stockholm office.  

 Co-founder Sara Sparring provides more than20 years of experience within life sciences. Chief of operations is lawyer Mathilda Nordmark, reputed for litigation expertise. Fellow lawyer My Byström focuses on digital infringements.

Copyright & related rights

Synch successfully represented Disney Enterprises, Twentieth Century Fox, Columbia Pictures, Warner Bros, Paramount Pictures and other rightsholders in proceedings against Telia Sverige. It also provided licensing agreements for a media outlet. IP lawyer Ludvig Wallrup departed in March 2021.
