"They can provide the competencies, knowledge and experience we need. They also have deep background knowledge of our company and technologies. "
"It is a team with high professionality, rich experience and deep knowledge in our technical field. The smooth, clear and open communication is very appreciated. "
"First of all, we really appreciate their understanding of the field. We have spoken now to a few different teams in this space, before we settled on Potter Clarkson, and no one really picked up on the intricacies of our strategy or understood the design of our products as quickly as they did. They have been extremely generous with their time, and very professional in every interaction. Finally, they demonstrated from the beginning a flexibility that is incredibly important when working with early stage startups. Not only in terms of budget and payment terms, but almost more importantly in adapting the drafting and filing strategy to the way the company and its priorities evolve. On my limited experience they really are unrivalled in the service they provide to startups, particularly in this technology space."
"Their team is particularly knowledgeable of our research space, and their understanding of it is one of the main aspects driving us to work with them. On a personal level, they are approachable and easy to talk to, very responsive, and always make sure they communicate with us in the clearest possible terms. We have often gone to them with questions about our IP strategy and have always received responses almost immediately in a clear and efficient way."
"The firm has been strategic and commercially astute in all aspects of intellectual property matters that they have overseen or been involved with for our business in the UK. They have provided a first-class service since their appointment and have been instrumental in progressing valuable intellectual property rights we developed in the UK. They have been thorough, insightful and responsive to our needs. In particular, I have worked with Oliver Laing closely since their appointment and always found him to be a sound and strategic leader. His ability to combine strong technical yet practical direction with the details of management of his team allowed him to deal with our instructions extremely competitively and efficiently, which has been excellent value for money, whilst still being extremely responsive to our entire team."
"They are open, take the time to understand us and our needs, and deliver consistently reliable advice."
