Green Griffith & Associates is a Chicago-based IP boutique which focuses on patent litigation in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. The firm’s name changed in in 2022 following the departure of Patent Star Caryn Borg-Breen. The firm is led by founders Robert Green and Christopher Griffith. They are supported by Donald J Silvert, who serves as counsel.

Patent litigation case studies show the firm acted for clients such as Clarus Therapeutics, Horizon Medicines, Opiant Pharmaceuticals and Aurobindo Pharma. The firm lost lawyers in 2022, including three IP Stars: Jeffrey Ward, Caryn Borg-Breen, and Jessica Tyrus Mackay. Wendy Ward and Ann Kotze Jubelirer, who was ranked as a Rising Star in the 2021 edition, have also left the firm.Mackay now works as a patent litigation counsel at BioNTech. The firm no longer has an office in Wisconsin.
