Patent

The firm represents Supercell Oy in defense of 11 separate patent infringement lawsuits brought in the Eastern District of Texas, in which a total of 30 different video game patents are asserted by GREE.

Fenwick also represented Cray, a leader in supercomputing, in two lawsuits brought in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas by defense contractor Raytheon.

Facebook is one of the firm’s longstanding clients, for which the patent group continues to handle prosecution and strategy, as well as its many subsidiaries.

Trade mark

Recently, Fenwick defended Peloton, the home fitness company that provides indoor exercise bikes and streamed workout classes, in a trademark infringement action in US District Court for the Central District of California.
