Pepper Hamilton recently announced the firm’s hiring of 12 IP attorneys from LeClairRyan, adding to the group’s capabilities in patent counseling, post-grant proceedings and IP litigation. Many of the laterals will operate from the newly-opened Rochester, NY office, one of now 14 locations in the firm’s network. Also joining the firm are 12 legal professionals, including patent agents and technical specialists.
The firm currently holds a recommended ranking in Pennsylvania by IP Stars, and is notable for its capabilities in the patent litigation.
