I am a partner and co-head of our Intellectual Property and TMT groups, based in Warsaw.
Today, I lead the team advising our clients on intellectual property (copyrights, trade marks, designs and patents), media and advertising, telecommunications and ecommerce and unfair competition. I help clients in devising complex strategies for protecting their intellectual property and trade secrets. I represent them in IP litigation at all levels, in particular in patent matters, and assist them in complex technology transactions.
I also advise on regulatory issues, in particular in media, telecommunications, life sciences and gaming and gambling sectors.
You'll find me recommended as a leading IP lawyer in the Intellectual Asset Management Patent 1000, in addition to being rated in the Legal 500, Chambers Global and Europe, World Trademark Review 1000 and Managing IP directories.
I am a lecturer at the Hugo Grotius Intellectual Property Law Centre in Warsaw and Jagiellonian University in Kraków, and lectured at the SAR Marketing Communications Association between 2005 and 2010.
I am a legal expert in IP/TMT at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and at the Polish Chamber of Information Technologies and Telecommunications.
