Thomas is an Attorney at Law and Partner helping domestic and global clients with their trademarks and other intellectual property rights. His work ranges from developing IP strategy and establishing IP rights, to maintaining and enforcing these rights by dispute resolution and litigation.
Thomas’ clients include some of the biggest Norwegian companies in the fields of consumer products, grocery industry and pharmaceuticals. He also works with international companies seeking to establish and enforce their IP rights in Norway.
Thomas has particular experience helping rights owners fight counterfeiters. In this respect, he was a board member of the Norwegian Anti Counterfeit Group and enjoys a close co-operation with the Norwegian Customs. He is passionate about IPR, and works hard to raise awareness of the importance of IPR among clients and others.
