Sophie Boinnot

Sophie is a Senior Associate in the IP/IT team based in Paris and is registered at the Paris Bar.

Her practice encompasses advice and litigation in the fields of IP (trademarks, patents, designs, software and copyright), IT (data protection, domain names and e-commerce), image right, know-how and unfair competition.

Education/Alumni:

She graduated with two Master degrees, one in Intellectual Property Law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and one in International Business Law from the University Paris V Descartes.

She also graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a LL.M specializing in Entertainment, Media and Intellectual Property Law.
