With more than 17 years of experience in protecting intellectual property rights, Attorney Nisrine Haddad represents high profile local and international corporations in Lebanon and the Middle East. She has successfully served a large number of clients in Lebanon and the region in anti-counterfeiting, IP Protection and Management of IP portfolios. Her additional specializations include franchising, commercial law, copyright, patents, corporate law, contract law, entertainment law, and joint ventures, among others. She provides legal consultancy to clients on IP and corporate matters. She also handles IP Rights registration for clients on national, regional and international scale.

Nisrine Haddad joined SADER & ASSOCIATES in 2004 as a specialist in intellectual property rights and corporate law. She heads the Intellectual Property Department at the firm and was named a Managing Partner in 2021. She earned her L.L.B. from the Lebanese University in 2001. She has also completed numerous continuing education classes and holds a Certificate in Leadership and Strategic Management from George Washington University and a WIPO Certificate on Advanced Intellectual Property Management. El Haddad became a Member of the Beirut Bar Association in 2003 and a Member of International Bar Association in 2010. She has also been a Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) since 2015.

In addition to her work as a Lawyer, Haddad participated in publishing several legal studies locally, regionally, and internationally. She also served as Legal consultant for many joint projects developed by SADER Group which is considered one of the pillars in the spread of legal knowledge in the Middle East, established since 1863.

El Haddad monitors the sector by participating in IP research projects, providing trainings in Lebanon and abroad on IP and speaking in conferences and seminars pertaining to the latest issues affecting the field. She provides training to enforcement authorities on anti-counterfeit strategies and techniques.
