Henrik is a European Patent Attorney and a partner of the firm. He specialises in advising clients on the commercial aspects of IP and handling complex portfolios, with a particular enthusiasm for strategic work within the realm of Freedom to Operate and conflict situations. His technical background blends a strong understanding of marine technology, offshore energy with automation and robotics technology.
Henrik is experienced in handling an extensive and complex IP portfolio for a large client, which entails: leading a team of patent attorneys, managing a high rate of IDF's, patent filings, oppositions and FTO analyses, planning seminars, drafting budget proposals and devising a strategic patent filing strategy, IP Due Diligence, coordinating and supporting outside counsel in litigation, and advising technical personnel and top-level management on the commercial aspects of IP.
Beyond this Henrik also advises and handles various other clients from larger corporations to newly founded start-ups on patents and other IP related matters.
