Gunnar Örn Harðarson

B.Sc., Mech. Eng.; ML in Law. Gunnar has gained extensive industry and private practise experience in his 25 years in the IP field. He is a founding partner of Arnason Faktor and has been the Managing Director of the firm since 1999. He has served on a number of governmental advisory committees as well as industry organization in Intellectual Property Matters.

His main area of work is general IP counseling, portfolio management, patent drafting and prosecution, opinion work, opposition, appeals and litigation support. Gunnar regularly writes about IP matters in Iceland and frequently gives lecture about Intellectual Property matters.
