Giulia is a Lead Senior Associate at Abion, an Italian attorney at law, and an Italian and European trademark attorney. Her areas of expertise include global trademark portfolio management, handling trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, and negotiating settlement agreements. Giulia started working in the IP field in 2015, within the IP department of a major fashion company and primary Italian IP agencies and boutique law firms, assisting fashion and luxury clients, among others. In 2020 she joined BRANDIT, now Abion, as IP Counsel. Giulia is currently serving in the INTA Bulletin Committee, writing articles on several European IP topics, and in the INTA Young Professionals Advisory Group (YPAG) and is part of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) as a member and speaker.
