Denis Halton

Denis advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters in the areas of copyright, trademarks and patent and Privacy and Data Protection. Prior to joining Bird & Bird Denis spent a number of years specialising in disputes, regulatory investigations and commercial technology cases. Denis also practiced as a barrister where he focussed on commercial litigation of statutory bodies such as the DPC, he was also appointed by the Minister for Justice and Equality to hear and determine appeals made by the International Protection Office on applications for protection in the State.
