She has experience with a range of existing and emerging technologies gained from time in-house with a major automotive brand in Germany, her own private practice and her current consultancy work. Her international experience has seen her work in Europe and North America but her expertise in Asian markets, specifically China, has given her a practical understanding of international ‘real-world’ patent value. She holds an MSc in Applied Physics from the Technical University of Denmark.

Camilla’s work includes drafting, prosecution, oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office and the Danish Patent and Trademark office. Her clients include startups and SMEs alongside multinational clients with global portfolios.

Camilla is Patent Director for Zacco Denmark & Germany, and her peers cite Camilla as a trusted and knowledgeable colleague who works tirelessly to help establish Zacco’s position in the marketplace. Camilla also heads Zacco’s Electronics and ICT patent team in Copenhagen, maintaining a diverse portfolio for her clients in the fields of electronics, software, photonics and medical devices.

Camilla is also involved in freedom to operate analysis, due diligence and patent strategy.
