I am passionate about intellectual property law and over the years I've had the opportunity to advise on all aspects of IP protection, predominantly on patent law in the pharmaceutical sector as well as trademark law.
Prior to moving inhouse, I have been acting as a key attorney on major Hungarian and international cross-border patent and medical device litigation cases, representing clients at courts and authorities, incl. higher courts and the Constitutional Court. These cases include litigations on medical devices such as heart valves, pharmaceutical active substances like sildenafil and tadalafil, the first ever public health compulsory license litigation in Hungary on supply of antiviral COVID medicine remdesivir, and many more.
Apart from my expertise in patent enforcement, I have experience in the regulatory field of foodstuff, medical devices and pharmaceuticals (in particular market and data exclusivity issues, P&R requests and compassionate use applications).
I took part in the discussions on the proposed amendments to the provisions of the Hungarian Patent Act with professional industry associations, industry players and the Ministry of Justice of Hungary.
