In my practice as an intellectual property lawyer, I enjoy helping authors, producers, distributors and all those active in the field of film, music, media, art and entertainment industries to bring their ideas to life and protect them, if needed. I believe practical legal advice requires the lawyer to understand both the law and as much as possible also the business reality behind it. The aim is to combine these two essentials, effectively answer the questions clients ask and solve the practical issues they face.
Having practiced law since 2013, I first joined the Vyskočil, Krošlák and Partners in 2015. My current practice covers all aspects of intellectual property law, including litigation and various transactional work. The key parts of my practice focus on local and international motion picture production, film and TV distribution and financing, music production, advertising, media, and various other art & entertainment industries. In the past, I also worked as an in-house IP counsel at a major international beverage producer and was part of an IP/IT team at a Prague branch of an international law firm. I see this combined experience as an asset that helps me better understand the everyday business complexities of our clients’ industries.
