Mehmet has started his career at the field of IP back in 2010, he is an attorney at law, arbitrator and a patent and trademark attorney for the last decade. He specialises in IP law, unfair competition law, commercial litigation, consumer protection law, seed/venture capital financings, complex mergers and acquisitions. Mehmet is consueling Grup Ofis and advises clients on complex IP-related litigation matters and represents the clients before all levels of courts in Turkey. He is an expert in conducting pre-litigation analysis and counseling prevention of infringement, validity, clearance needs of clients. He has prepared numerous validity, infringement and non-infringement opinions and represented clients in due diligence investigations both national&international level. He also has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and executing a wide variety of corporate transactions, IP Portfolio take overs.
