Gizem TEKE KARSLI has been employed at the company since 2012 and has been a partner since 2020. She also holds the position of Patent Department Manager. In the field of Intellectual Property, Gizem specializes in patents, utility models, and design rights. As the head of the Patent Department of Grup Ofis, she provides consultancy to clients throughout all processes related to patents, utility models, and designs. She actively offers advice and strategic consultancy to both domestic and foreign multinational companies in terms of management of their patent portfolios. Her expertise extends to comprehending and managing patents owned by university academicians through Technology Transfer Offices, particularly excelling in finding solutions in complex matters. Gizem is a registered Patent Attorney and represents clients before Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She prepares technical opinions to assist clients in their cases, interprets reports for Freedom to Operate, and provides consultancy on other technical matters for the protection of clients' rights. In addition to her client-focused responsibilities,Gizem conducts patent and utility model training programs for companies, R&D centers, public institutions, and universities, aiming to increase awareness of patents. She also provides strategic advice in the preparation of patent regulations for various institutions.
