Paul Williamson has been practicing trademark law for over forty years beginning as a Trademark Attorney with the Patent and Trademark Office, and then moving to private practice in all areas of trademark law. He has litigated trademark infringement cases; has handled hundreds of trademark oppositions and cancellations; has managed many global trademark enforcement and transactional portfolios; has overseen numerous global trademark clearance efforts; and done trademark licensing in a wide range of industries.
