Denis Khabarov is co-head of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Moscow and head of IP litigation and enforcement sub-division of the firm's IP Practice Group in Moscow. Member of the Steering Committee of the firm's European IP Practice Group. Mr. Khabarov focuses his practice on general IP advice, dispute resolution, IP enforcement and anti-piracy matters. He is recommended by clients and various ranking agencies for his litigation skills and strategic IP advice.
He is author and co-author of numerous national and international IP-related articles, frequently speaks at IP forums, seminars and roundtables.

Since 2015: member of the working group on parallel imports of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the governing body of the Eurasian Economic Union.
